Ambition Institute

Ambition Institute is a graduate school with programmes designed to support educators throughout the education sector, including teachers, leaders, and executive leaders.

Paper Films was appointed by the Ambition Institute to deliver a suite of short online advertising films to drive take-up among teacher cohorts for their NPQ courses. The films needed to work within 7 second and 15 second advertising formats primarily on Facebook, YouTube, and other social media channels. The super-short adverts needed to be engaging, colourful and impactful and appeal to teachers from a broad section of experiences with special emphasis on those with a BME background. Paper Films wrote and amended existing scripts, sourced actors, created storyboards for client approval and arranged the filming over a full day at a state school in Manchester, with all post-production handled in-house. The client was delighted with the outputs which helped to dramatically increase enquiries and course take-up. Paper Films has been reappointed to deliver a second campaign targeting a different cohort of educators. This project was also delivered within a similar budget and timeframe to LGA’s requirements.
